Where Ambitious High School & College Students Learn How the Real World of Wealth Works

Most internships teach students how to complete tasks.

Very few teach them how to think.

Almost none exposes them to how capital moves, how assets grow, and how long-term wealth is built strategically.

And in 2026, as AI automates the very tasks that once defined career preparation, judgment matters more than ever.

The BricksFolios Summer Business Internship 2026 is designed for driven high school and college students who want early exposure to real-world business, investing, and leadership – the skills that won’t be automated.

This program is not about observing from the sidelines.

It’s about stepping into the arena.

Why We Built This Internship

Education teaches theory.

The real world rewards judgment.

And in an age where AI handles analysis, research, and modeling, human judgment about real assets and long-term strategy becomes even more valuable.

At BricksFolios, we operate at the intersection of technology, capital strategy, real estate investing, tax savings, and long-term wealth building. Over the years, we’ve seen one consistent pattern:

The earlier someone understands how money actually works, the more confident and capable they become in every career path they pursue.

This internship was created to close that gap early.

A Message from Our Founders

Statement from Vinod Sharma, Co-Founder

“Most people spend the first half of their lives earning money without ever being taught how money actually works. By the time they understand capital, leverage, and long-term asset strategy, they’ve already lost decades of compounding.

In today’s world, where AI can analyze data faster than any human, the real edge is judgment—knowing which opportunities matter and why. This internship exists to develop that judgment early. If students can learn how to think about wealth, risk, and opportunity before they graduate, they don’t just gain knowledge – they gain trajectory. That shift is powerful.”

Statement from Jo Dixit, Co-Founder

“We built this internship to develop judgment, not just skills. AI can process information, but it can’t make the kind of strategic, long-term decisions that build real wealth.

The real world rewards people who can analyze information, make disciplined decisions, and think beyond the next quarter. Whether these students become entrepreneurs, doctors, engineers, or investors, understanding how capital flows and how businesses scale gives them an edge that technology can’t replicate. Our goal is to help them build that edge now—not years from now.”

Their belief is simple:
Students shouldn’t have to wait until their 30s or 40s to understand wealth strategy.

They can start now.

Designed for High School & College Students

For High School Students (Grades 9–12)

This program is ideal for students who:

  • Show initiative beyond academics
  • Are curious about entrepreneurship, investing, or leadership
  • Want meaningful experience before college
  • Aspire to competitive universities
  • Seek real-world exposure that develops judgment, not just technical skills AI can replicate

Students build analytical skills, presentation confidence, and financial literacy foundations that differentiate them early, especially as colleges look for evidence of independent thinking, not just task completion.

For College Students (Freshmen & Sophomores)

This internship benefits undergraduates who:

  • Want practical business exposure
  • Are interested in finance, strategy, real estate, marketing, or operations
  • Prefer responsibility over passive observation
  • Are preparing for competitive internships or careers
  • Understand that strategic thinking about real assets matters more than ever in an AI-driven economy

The program sharpens structured thinking, business communication, and strategic analysis skills that employers value deeply.

What Makes This Internship Different

1.Real Business Projects

Interns contribute to:

  • Market research initiatives
  • Investment analysis frameworks
  • Strategic growth of portfolios and investments
  • Operational process improvements
  • Mapping life goals to a smart real estate portfolio

This is applied experience.

Not simulations.

And unlike AI-generated analysis, these are real judgment calls about real families, real markets, and real capital decisions.

2. Financial & Wealth Education

Interns learn foundational concepts such as:

  • How real estate investing works
  • Risk vs. return evaluation
  • Portfolio diversification principles
  • Long-term asset strategy
  • Legal tax savings strategies used by the 1%
  • Portfolio modeling

Understanding these frameworks early builds lifelong advantage.

AI can analyze data. It can’t teach you when to take calculated risks. It can’t teach you when to hold assets long-term. It can’t teach you how to build wealth that works while you live.

3. Executive-Level Thinking

Students are encouraged to:

  • Ask sharper questions
  • Present structured arguments
  • Think in long-term frameworks
  • Defend ideas logically
  • Solve open-ended business challenges

We are developing thinkers—not note-takers or task executors.

In a world where AI handles routine analysis, the ability to make judgment calls, defend your reasoning, and think strategically about real assets becomes your competitive edge.

4. Team-based Learning

Students are encouraged to:

  • Form a team of 4 to 6 (if you can’t form a team, no problem, we will assign you to a team.)
  • Collaborate and learn together, virtually.
  • Solve the Demo Day case study, and present it together.

We are developing the soft skills AI can’t replace: leadership without authority, working across different personalities, adhering to project schedules, navigating conflict, building consensus, and staying accountable in remote teams. These capabilities separate future leaders from task executors.

A Message from Eva Sharma,

Director, BricksFolios Business Internship 2026

Eva brings a unique perspective to this program she is both a high school student and the Director of the Internship.

She understands what today’s students want: meaningful opportunity, real responsibility, and exposure that feels relevant not outdated.

Statement from Eva Sharma

“Students today don’t just want something that looks good on paper—we want experiences that actually challenge us and help us grow. We’re growing up in a world where AI can do a lot of what used to be considered ‘impressive,’ so we need to learn the things that actually matter: strategic thinking, real judgment, and how wealth is built. This internship gives young people real exposure to how business and investing work behind the scenes. It’s about being trusted with responsibility, learning how to think independently, and gaining confidence early. That kind of experience changes how you see your future.”

Her voice represents the next generation ambitious, curious, and ready to build early.

For Parents: Why This Matters

As parents, you want more than résumé padding.

You want:

  • Confidence
  • Judgment
  • Responsibility
  • Financial awareness
  • Professional maturity

And in 2026 and beyond, as AI transforms the job market, you want your child to develop skills that technology can’t replicate.

This internship introduces students to:

  • How wealth is created not just earned
  • How disciplined decisions compound
  • How long-term thinking outperforms short-term trends
  • How professionals communicate in high-level environments
  • Why understanding real assets and capital strategy matters more than ever

Students leave with sharper thinking and stronger confidence.

Those qualities influence every career path – medicine, engineering, law, entrepreneurship, finance, or technology.

Financial literacy is not a subject.

It’s a life skill, and in the age of AI, it’s also a competitive advantage.

What Interns Will Build

Each participant completes tangible deliverables such as:

  • A structured market research report
  • A financial analysis presentation
  • A strategic business recommendation
  • A capstone project presented to leadership

They leave with proof of real judgment – not just participation.
