Now, we’re passing that mission forward by empowering high school students through this immersive, hands-on internship.

This program is designed as a collaborative, real-world learning experience. You’ll work in a team of 4 to 6 high school students to solve a real-life challenge faced by an American family.

Your team will create a personalized solution for a hypothetical family looking to:

• Diversify their portfolio
• Save on taxes
• Plan for their kids’ college
• Prepare for retirement
• Build passive income streams through real estate

This is your chance to apply what you learn to meaningful, real-world scenarios — the kind of experience most students don’t get until years later.

We strongly encourage you to build your own team of friends — classmates, peers, or like-minded go-getters — so you can grow, brainstorm, and lead together while creating something truly impactful.

Internship Schedule

Virtual Sessions: From 10 AM to 11.15 AM Pacific Time on July 14, July 16, July 18, July 21, July 23, July 25

Demo Day: July 27 10 AM to 2 PM Pacific. In-person for WA interns and virtual for interns from other states.

As a Real Estate Investment Analyst – Intern, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn directly from the founding duo of BricksFolios, Vinod Sharma and Jo Dixit.

• All teams will get a chance to shine. Remote teams will participate via Zoom and showcase their solutions through a polished pre-recorded video presentation, while Washington-based teams will pitch live at our in-person Demo Day on July 27 — a high-profile event featuring:
• Senior leaders from tech and other industries offering guidance and inspiration
• An exclusive college admissions strategy session by one of the nation’s premier college counseling firms, whose students enjoy a 98% acceptance rate into the top 25 universities for their major
• Recognition, awards, and networking opportunities that could define your next chapter

Responsibilities

This opportunity is for you if you’re:

• A collaborative thinker ready to learn, share, and grow
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Committed to attending all sessions and actively contributing to your team. Total 6 sessions of 90 minutes duration on weekdays.
• All sessions, except the finale, will be conducted virtually via Zoom.

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for motivated high school students who are:

• A high school student living anywhere in the U.S. and college freshman and sophmore year students
• Able to form a team of 4 to 6 students or excited to be matched with a great team
• Curious about business, real estate, finance, or entrepreneurship
• Self-starters with a collaborative mindset
• Committed to the full two-week program and completing assigned individual and team tasks.
