Next Steps for You
To move forward and get your listing live, please follow the steps below:
- Sign Form 63
This is our Exclusive Rental Listing Agreement. It authorizes BricksFolios to lease your
property on your behalf.
2. Submit the Following on our secured Rentvine owner Portal:
We are sending you an invite to our property management portal RentVine.
Please upload all required documents into your RV folder under “Docs Shared with Owners.”
âś… A completed W-9 form
âś…Confirmation that your LLC is active with the state (if applicable)
âś…A list of recent upgrades or renovations
âś…Confirmation that your MLS amenities list is up to date
âś…Clarify if any amenities are included in rent (e.g., water, lawn care, internet)
✅Let us know if the property has been rekeyed. If not, we’re happy to coordinate it
✅Complete the Utility Billing Form — your property-specific version has been
uploaded to your RV folder. Please print and complete the owner portion of the
form.
✅ HOA mandated –
- Move-in fees to be paid by an incoming tenant
- Tenant screening guidelines
- Pet restrictions
- CC&Rs that may impact the lease terms.
âś…Verify Bank details for deposit of rent proceeds and reconciliation
3. Move-Out Walkthrough
We are actively scheduling the move-out walk through with your current tenants, based
on mutually available times with our field agent. A detailed move-out report will be
shared with you after completion.
4. Rent Readiness
Please coordinate with your vendors to ensure the home is clean, rekeyed, and ready for
showings. The better the presentation, the faster the lease-up.
5. Listing Draft & Launch
Once all documents and details are submitted, we’ll prepare your listing and send you a
draft for review. After your approval, the listing will go live. We’ll also send you the listing
link to share with your network for wider reach.
