• Start with the Kumars’ story — their goals, fears, and financial dilemmas. Make it relatable.
• Build the narrative as a team of advisors helping them navigate real estate as a wealth-building strategy.
• Use the IDEAL framework, tax strategies, refinance modeling, or any concept from your internship.
• Close with a clear, confident recommendation — and the “why” behind it.

• Make sure the sharing settings allow file download.
• Email the downloadable video link to GrowthCatalysts@BricksFolios.com with the Subject exactly as “Demo Day Video by Team Name”
  • Replace ‘Team Name’ with your Team Name.
• Do not worry about coming up with a creative & awe-inspiring team name. Even team name like Team 3 is fine. Focus your energy on the case study and earning points.

🎤 If your team is selected to present on Demo Day, you will present the same case study solution live on stage. You will use BricksFolios.com to walk through your analysis and recommendations — just like a real client engagement.

To prepare effectively:

• Use relevant tools from BricksFolios.com (like Smart Search, Smart Hold, Smart Comps, Smart Insights, or Smart Portfolio System) in your video. You can screen record using tools like Zoom and talk through your solution.
• This will help you practice using the actual tools you’ll present with. It will make your Demo Day experience smoother and more confident.
