- Use the Canva frame as both your LinkedIn and WhatsApp profile image for extra visibility.
- Your LinkedIn post is mandatory. It sets the tone for your internship.

Leadership Levels
Below are the different Leadership Levels that you can earn. The lowest Leadership Level that you must achieve to successfully finish your internship is Bronze.

Today’s goal is not to memorize financial formulas. It is to understand how sophisticated investors evaluate an asset, challenge assumptions, and make decisions using data.

The questions below will help you look beyond the purchase price and understand how real estate can support long-term wealth building, tax efficiency, and financial freedom.
1. Purchase, Income, Expenses, and Financing
Review the Purchase, Income & Expenses, and Financing sections.
- Why is rent minus mortgage not the property’s true cash flow?
- How does BricksFolios remove guesswork from real estate investing and make analyzing a property feel more like evaluating a stock? You can use this video in your post to support your answer.
Parent Conversation
Ask a parent or guardian:
Would you prefer higher monthly cash flow today or greater wealth growth over ten years?

Review the IDEAL projection.

Review the Year-on-Year Assumptions and Projections.

- What happens to the investor’s equity as the property value rises and the mortgage balance falls?

4. Legacy Portals vs. BricksFolios Smart LTR Challenge
Compare the property on Smart LTR with the same property, or a similar one, on a legacy portal such as Zillow, Redfin, Realtor, Trulia, Compass etc.,
- What does Smart LTR help an investor understand?
- Which platform shows a more complete picture of income, expenses, financing, and cash flow?
- What is the difference between finding a house and evaluating an investment?

5. Family Investment Discussion
Review the property with a parent or guardian and answer:
- What would you investigate before making a decision?
- Would your family consider investing in this property?
- What is its strongest advantage? What is its biggest risk?
