👋You’re making $400K.⁣

You are paying six figures in taxes.⁣

Your portfolio is down this year.⁣

Your company is three board meetings away from running the Block’s layoff playbook.⁣

⁣And your plan is to wait for better conditions.⁣⁣

That’s not caution. That’s the most expensive decision you’re making this year.⁣⁣

Block eliminated 40% of its workforce and called it an AI efficiency play.⁣

Jack Dorsey then told investors most companies would reach the same conclusion within a year.⁣

Meta isn’t waiting a year and already announced plans to layoff 20%.⁣

The Fed just froze rates again.⁣

Oil is running hot on the Iran conflict.⁣

736 tech workers are losing their jobs every single day in 2026.⁣

⁣Your financial advisor’s take?⁣

“Hold tight. Wait for clarity.”⁣

⁣Here’s what that advice is actually costing you.⁣⁣

Every month you wait is a month of rental income you didn’t collect.⁣

Every month you wait is a month of bonus depreciation you didn’t capture against the W-2 to save on taxes..⁣.

Every month you wait is a month your employer gets to decide whether you’re still in the plan.⁣..⁣

The Fed holding rates didn’t make real estate a worse investment.⁣

It made leverage cheaper than it was two years ago.⁣⁣

Your home equity is sitting idle.⁣

Your stock portfolio is collateral you’ve never deployed.⁣

Neither requires you to sell a single share.⁣

Both can fund income-producing property today.⁣

You can buy cash flowing, brand-new single-family home at a discount at 4.25% interest.

A properly structured STR generates first-year depreciation that can exceed your paper stock loss this week.⁣

This tax year. Not someday.⁣

The clients at BricksFolios | Wealth-Tech for Tech Professionals who moved in Q1 2025 aren’t watching this week’s headlines with anxiety.⁣

They’re watching them with distance.⁣

The conditions were worse last year.⁣

They moved anyway.⁣

That’s the difference.⁣

If you want to see what this looks like for your specific numbers this weekend, comment PARALLEL below.⁣

I’ll send you the breakdown personally.

Wow. This internship is making the fact set in that people could be making smart, calculated moves in real estate investing despite market conditions, setting apart those who actually save and those who losing paychecks would offset their everything.
