“What if we could empower the next generation to think like wealth creators, not just job seekers?”
That question sparked the beginning of the BricksFolios Summer Internship Program a visionary initiative founded to flip the script for young minds worldwide.
Back when the founders of BricksFolios, Vinod Sharma and Jo Dixit were building their own careers in tech and finance, they realized a startling truth: no one teaches kids how to think like entrepreneurs, investors, or builders. The system is built to train employees not leaders.
That’s why they created a program that gives teenagers a head start on the very skills that define the top 1%: mindset, strategy, and the courage to solve real problems.
Fast forward to July 27, 2025, and that mission came alive in full color.
🎓 150 Students. 20 Teams. 1 Powerful Demo Day.
This year’s Summer Internship brought together over 1,500 applications from across the U.S. and across different countries. After a rigorous selection process, 300 students were admitted—and 150 top performers graduated with distinction from one of the most competitive youth business internships in the world.
These weren’t just classroom projects. This was a launchpad for builders, analytical thinkers, and future CEOs.
Out of 36 project teams, 20 elite teams made it to the main stage of our highly anticipated Demo Day, pitching startup-level ideas that tackled real-world problems—ranging from sustainability and AI to fintech and education innovation.

At BricksFolios, we believe that writing is thinking made visible—and our interns proved that in style. As part of the Summer Internship Program, students were challenged to go beyond building and pitching by documenting their entrepreneurial journey through blogs. Each of the 20 finalist teams delivered high-impact presentations to a live panel of entrepreneurs, investors, and educators. Think “Shark Tank”—but Gen Z.
The students showcased:
- Market research & customer discovery
- Product design & monetization strategy
- Visionary thinking backed by data and purpose
The top 3 teams were awarded trophies and mentorship from BricksFolios.
🔍 Panel: “Will College Degrees Matter in the Age of AI?”
This hot-topic panel brought together experts across AI, higher ed, and tech entrepreneurship to challenge the traditional playbook.

In a major milestone, BricksFolios unveiled a strategic collaboration with PathIvy a leading Ivy League admissions accelerator.
Students received:
- Insider strategies for Ivy League applications
- A step-by-step breakdown of how their Demo Day projects can be leveraged for capstone credit and leadership portfolios
- VIP invites to PathIvy’s Masterclass Series and mentorship access
This partnership reinforces our belief that capability beats credentials and that real-world wins are the best college applications of all.
🏆 Prize Distribution & Celebration
The day closed with an inspiring celebration of all student teams especially those who stood out with bold innovation, strong teamwork, and grit.
Special awards included:

Each winning team walked away with accolades—but more importantly, with confidence that they could lead real change.
